Initial INVEGA TRINZA dose is based on maintenance dose established with once monthly paliperidone palmitate extended-release injectable suspension for at least 4 months.
Initiate INVEGA TRINZA when the next once monthly paliperidone palmitate extended-release injectable suspension dose is scheduled.

Preparation Instructions
With the syringe tip pointing up, shake vigorously with a loose wrist for at least 15 seconds to ensure a homogenous suspension.5
Note: INVEGA TRINZA requires longer and more vigorous shaking than once monthly paliperidone palmitate extended-release injectable suspension.5
Requirements Once Prepared or Reconstituted
If more than 5 minutes pass after initial shaking before injection, with the syringe tip pointing up, shake vigorously again for at least 15 seconds to resuspend the medication.5
